Orientation
Welcome to Georgia Piedmont Tech!
To make your first semester at Georgia Piedmont Tech as successful as possible, all students must attend a mandatory orientation. The orientation will make your transition to college as easy as possible. You will learn about the services and resources Georgia Piedmont Tech has to offer, as well as your requirements and expectations as a student.
New Student Orientation
Congratulations on your acceptance! Georgia Piedmont Technical College’s New Student Orientation is delivered online and select dates in person.
Orientation provides new students with important information about the school, and offers the opportunity to meet with an academic and career advisor for advising and registration, pick up your Georgia Piedmont Tech student ID, get a parking decal for your car, learn how to use student email and Blackboard, meet with representatives from financial aid services, and purchase required textbooks and supplies.
