Payment Options

1. Single Online Payment

Make one-time payments using Banner Web:

1. Log into Banner Web
2. Go to Student & Financial Aid → Student Records → Account Summary by Term
3. Click "Pay Online" at the bottom of the page for your selected term
4. Enter payment amount and select Pay by Credit
5. Input your credit card information and complete the transaction

Note: Use this for full payments only-not for payment plans.

2. Monthly Payment Plan (Nelnet e‑Cashier)

Spread your tuition over monthly installments:

• Available only for current-term balances
• Past balances must be paid in full

Set up via Banner Web and Nelnet e‑Cashier:

1. Log into Banner Web
2. Navigate to Student Records → Account Summary by Term
3. Click "Pay Online", select your term
4. Choose Pay by Payment Plan and complete Nelnet setup

You can pay immediately and/or set up automatic withdrawals from a checking, savings, or credit card account.

3. In-Person Payments

Visit the Cashier's Office at any main campus to pay using:

• Cash
• Money Order
• Credit Card (in-person only-no phone payments)

For card payments when not present, submit a Credit Card Authorization Form (fax required).

Note: Checks are verified through a clearing service. If declined, alternate payment is required.

4. International Students

F‑1 or M‑1 visa holders cannot pay online. For assistance, contact:
