2021 Regional Job Fair

On July 22, a regional job fair hosted by Georgia Piedmont Technical College and community partners from Newton and Walton counties proved to be hugely successful. About 55 employers from several industries including healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, and law enforcement were represented. More than 160 attendees came to the event; many leaving with a new job or several offers to consider! Representatives from Georgia Piedmont stood by to assist students with registering for future classes at the college. And there was even a clothes closet where folks could try on and keep a professional blazer to help with their first impressions. Organizers say plans are already in the works for another job fair soon. baby in stroller WHAT?! You missed the job fair??
