The following classes are available on the RCA Campus! Many CTAE programs are also HOPE Career Grant eligible.

Application Steps
Step 1: Apply online to GPTC
- You will need a valid personal email address
- Please do not use your high school email address!
- Application type is “Dual Enrollment.”
Step 2: Submit the DEPA
- Submit your signed and completed Dual Enrollment Participation Agreement by email to DualEnrollment@gptc.edu.
Step 3: Send Transcripts and Scores*
- Email your high school transcript to DualEnrollment@gptc.edu
- *Students are exempt from placement testing with a high school transcript if your cumulative high school unweighted GPA is:
- 2.5 for Academic courses
- 2.0 for CTAE courses
- *Students below the GPA minimum can submit placement test scores from the ACT, PSAT, SAT and/or Accuplacer. Please send scores to DualEnrollment@gptc.edu
Step 4: Apply for funding through Georgia Futures
- Complete a GA Futures Funding Application
- Be sure to add “Georgia Piedmont Technical College” as one of your schools!
- Please visit www.gafutures.com for more information about Dual Enrollment funding
Registration Requirements
- All RCA students must meet with Mrs. Rowe before registering for classes. You must have counselor approval in GA Futures before registering for classes
- If you are taking courses on the RCA campus, you do not need to request your course; the Dual Enrollment team will register you based on the school schedule
- If Mrs. Rowe has approved you to take a course online or off of RCA’s campus, you may use this course search tool to locate your ideal dates and times and complete the Dual Enrollment Registration Request form. Students cannot self-register or withdraw.

HOPE Career Grant
To be eligible for HOPE Career Grant funding, students must complete the following steps:
- Enroll in a HOPE approved program
- Submit program change request form if needed
- Complete the GPTC residency confirmation form.
- Confirm that your Social Security Number matches in Banner and GA Futures. If not, please contact DualEnrollment@gptc.edu for next steps.
- Register for Selective Service if you are male and 18+
